IT IS OKAY TO WANT TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE’S PATH.

There’s no judgement, pressure, or obligation to be the same person for the rest of your life. If you are not feeling the life you are living, change direction and pursue your destiny instead.

Build your house, build your life.

If you are like me, you’ve been through the wringer of life and have decided that enough is enough. You know or have an idea of how you want to live your life going forward but either don’t know how to do so.

I had my BYHBYL epiphany the moment I lost everything.

We all have a destiny that we were meant to fulfill. Maybe you supposed to launch a business. Maybe you meant to turn your hobby into something that will help thousands. Or maybe you were meant to create the next big thing to share with the world. Or maybe you just want to put together the pieces of your shattered life back together and move on. Whatever it is, the BYHBYL method will teach you how to pursue your destiny.

Dream

Just Ish

Hey there, it’s your boy Ish and I have been blessed with the Destiny Chasers Academy to help people like you discover, pursue, their destinies and live more fulfilled lives.

I have spent the last 15 years working closely with leaders in the manufacturing, retail, hospitality, healthcare, and food industries. I have been an advocate for reverse mentoring for the past decade and have had the pleasure of mentoring some great minds. I am bringing all that experience back to my passion, helping people.

While I will still continue to work with companies, my passion has always been helping people like me reach their full potentials.

Ishmail Ganda

A month after his 18th birthday, Ish walked into his local grocery store and became one of its youngest department heads. He worked closely with his team and became the people’s advocate. After finishing his undergraduate studies, Ish turned down his pursuit of medical school and went into the fashion industry to learn from the best about distribution, marketing, retailing, and leadership. This is where he realised his passion for working with individuals and helping them achieve their dreams. He, later on, went into telecommunications. Ish eventually ended up working for Electrolux Major Appliances, as part of their customer service and digital correspondence team. The Sierra Leone born Augusta native started mentoring execs and small business owners on emotional intelligence and how to work with their employees.

Ish also worked closely with students, helping them navigate high school and college life before eventually moving to Maryland. As a young Black family man, Ish started noticing the lack of support out there for Black Men. After losing a brother to gun violence, he had had enough. He started doing his research to find a safe space for Black Men to come together and help effect change in their communities. In 2017, Black Men Who Blog (now 86majesty) was founded and he later brought on his best friend of over 20 years Wil on as his co-founder. In 2019, after experiencing first hand the over-incarceration and over-medication of young Black Men, Ish added prison reform as one of the social issues his company will go up against. Ish is also the host of the podcast Loudly Saying It, where he and his guests talk about life, business, relationships, and every other tabooed topic that relates to Black Men.
